I use the communication cards with my 8 yo with ASD & PDA. The cards allow her to assess her needs and express them even when she is upset because the cards take the pressure off. It’s had a big impact on our communication 🙏One suggestion I would like to offer is that the cursive writing is hard for her to read. The cards are beautiful! We love Creative Sprout I’ve bought the calm down cards as presents for young children and the routine cards to use at the preschool where I work they’re all beautiful and calming and I will definitely buy more.

We were only five minutes in and my daughter said “I love doing yoga with you mummy!”. These are much better than the previous yoga cards we had. They were about being an animal but these are more about the asana form. We use the illustration side which has a few simple key points. My daughter is five and on the Autism Spectrum and can get overloaded with complex instructions so that side is perfect. I like how it has more information on the other side for older or more experienced little yogis :). Beautiful illustrations and beautiful colour palette. We love them! Thanks

Easy to print & they look great

The quality of these cards are excellent, they’re a great size with beautiful illustrations and powerful messages! My Son picks out a card each week to display on our fridge. He likes to read it out loud and remind himself of how strong, capable and amazing he is! I chose our fridge to display it on as he goes in there 4658383 times a day! Hahaha!

We had tried for over a year, but our little one would only do #2's at home. It was causing stress and inconvenience to the family, Kindy and anyone who minded him. On Day Two of using the toilet chart he went at Kindy and Day Four at a friend's house! It was a game-changer for us all. We had tried so many different ideas before this point, so very grateful that the chart gave him the motivation to try. Plus the design of the chart is beautiful - as is the design of all of their products.

Absolutely gorgeous cards, really well made and easy to use with children

Lovely descriptions of emotions with strategies to cope. The activities are great ideas and will be useful when my boy is a little older. I got holes punched in the cards to be able to put ring binders/clips on them to keep them together and hang them in a visible space.

I just loved the cards, and they are absolutely amazing. A must buy for any parent that are aiming to support their child to regulate better emotionally.

As a school counsellor and psychotherapist, these cards are a great tool to support kids in emotional regulation. The cards represent simple strategies presented with beautiful visuals and calming neutral colours. I gave the first set I purchased to one of my child clients who absolutely loved them. I'm considering framing and hanging my second purchased set on my clinic wall so I can easily refer to them during counselling sessions. Highly recommended.

Our son is already benefiting from these after just a week. We’ve sat and read through them, we have made up some games using them, and when he gets overwhelmed/upset/anxious, he now asks for them and finds the card that fits and reads the back of the card. The writings on the back are just perfect ⭐️
